01 · Brief
Most traders keep their journal in a spreadsheet, if they keep one at all. Tradex turns every trade into evidence you can review: what worked, when, and in what state of mind. It’s a lab for reviewing risk, not a bot that trades for you.

02
The lab
Trades come in from MetaTrader 5, or from a demo dataset if you just want to look around.
- 01Equity curve, P&L calendar and session-by-weekday heatmaps
- 02Prop-firm challenge tracking: profit target, daily and maximum drawdown
- 03Paper trading and backtests, with live execution disabled
- 04A risk calculator that sizes lots from balance and risk per trade

Notebook and playbooks
Notes, rules, setups, lessons and checklists sit next to the numbers. Each playbook tracks its own win rate and profit factor, so a strategy has to earn its place.
04
Stack
React and TypeScript on the front. FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis and Celery behind it, with the analytics in Pandas.
Status
In development. The demo runs on GitHub Pages with sample data.
